The house was built in 1975 using top class local materials and is in excellent condition.
In the centre of the Villa is a large living room with open fireplace, a raised dining area and a large kitchen with bar area and scullery. There are 2 corridors off this main area, each one leading to a large double room with ensuite bathroom/shower room, a smaller double room which can be connected to the next door single bedroom, and a seperate shower room. The House is surrounded by terraces and all the rooms have large french windows with a view of the sea. The through draft thus produced ensures cool temperatures inside the house at all times. The large sitting room and offset dining area offer plenty of living room for those that do not like being out in the midday sun or for those odd days with rain. The extremely well stocked kitchen has a large fridge freezer, full ceramic cooker, microwave, and all modern gadgets, whilst the separate bar area with fridge and sink allows everyone to help themselves to drinks without tripping over the "cook". There is a further separate washing up area with dishwasher and double sink. TV with satellite, DVD, video, CD player. The House also has a plentiful supply of fresh rainwater collected during the winter months A maid looks after the house 6 days a week. Access to the House is either across the beach on foot, or with a 4WD car, from the top road from Fontana village directly to the Villa itself. The house also has its own garage.
